Dialogue, communication and knowledge exchange are the focus of the new Schüco One corporate headquarters. The modern, dynamically shaped office building with a floor space of 7,200 square meters and open workplaces that promote communication heralds the working world of the new generation. Schüco One will be the first building in the world to receive all three sustainability certifications from the LEED, BREEAM and DGNB labels. The campus is also home to the new Schüco Welcome Forum – the largest Schüco showroom in the world. The 4,650-square-meter visitor center offers its guests a comprehensive insight into the world of Schüco. A café, the newsroom, various meeting and workshop rooms provide space for a personal reunion and round off the visitor experience. macom has supported Schüco in this great project with its expertise since 2018.
