Macom took on the technology design for all areas of this demanding conversion project with many open, multifunctional areas. Employees have access to an employee app and bookable workstations with desk sharing. They can hold meetings and exchange ideas in modern, hybrid meeting and conference rooms with unified communications technology and creativity is encouraged through collaboration areas with mobile displays. In addition, there are retreats for relaxation. The space is designed for activity-based working and makes the office a feel-good place.
