Highlights
macom was commissioned by Berliner Sparkasse with the conception, design and site supervision of the technological equipment for the premises of a new central office building in Berlin-Johannisthal. A total of around 70 meeting, conference and training rooms were planned and realised in the two parts of the building. One focus was on the hybrid utilisation of all rooms and video conferencing technology. Initially, user workshops were held with those involved in the project to determine the employees' requirements for the new working environment. The results were then transferred into a technology concept, which formed the basis for the planning. The installation was realised by Finanzinformatik der Sparkassen (FI) together with Mediainstall. macom was responsible for site supervision during implementation.
