Schüco International KG is expanding its existing corporate headquarters in Bielefeld. A modern office landscape with offices, seminar and presentation rooms for around 270 employees will be created on a total of seven levels with 7,200 m² of floor space. The technical departments will be brought together in the building and the further development of Schüco products of all kinds will start from there. For this reason, the spatial concept of the new building provides for an open, communication-enhancing working landscape in order to promote dialogue and the exchange of knowledge. The building is supposed to be ready for occupancy in 2021.

The macom engineers were commissioned with the AV specialist planning (LP 3-8). This assignment was preceded by a business case.
