The Botanic Garden Berlin wants to become more attractive for their visitors. In order to improve the presentation of the special features of Germany’s largest botanical garden, new information, checkout, guidance and access systems are currently being developed for the garden grounds. The central motif “The world in a garden” should be intuitively and directly experienceable and accessible for visitors. Therefore, the new systems should be simple, understandable and analogously and digitally accessible.
The highlight will be the new visitor information centre with a large, attractive video wall, interactive touch tables, twelve interactive sound banks and a digital signage system. At the tables, visitors can put together their own individual tour of the garden.
